Its Christmas Again

Its Christmas Again
O Time surely flies
It has been a while since
Christmas passed by
Now its Christmas
We should give thanks
Now its Christmas
Let's sing Christmas songs

Christmas! Christmas!
It's Christmas Again!
The very day
we were waiting for
Christmas! Christmas!
It's Christmas Again!
Let Love
reign this Christmas

Az Álmok Kastélyában

Ködös völgyek közt
Komor hegyek között
Szürke felhők alatt
A fekete éjszakában

Egy büszke lovon
Fekete ruhákban
Erős fegyverek a kézben

Végtelenség halott fákkal
A hideg örökkévalósága
Kövön és fán át
A fellegekben

A ködön kívül
A sötétségen kívül
A hegy hatalmas felhőin kívül
Az álom kastélya...

Ezért a menet véget ér
Élethosszig tartott
Mert az úr elmegy (az álmok kastélyába)

The last time

Versions: #1#2
I don't have to lie
you don't have to promise
we're running out of time
and you know that I leave and so do you

You did everything right, I have none to blame
coz you best flaw is not leaving me anyone to hate
allthough I was allways vulnerable to your promises
It hurts that there are dead yet none to blame

I never said you goodbye, why i waste my voice
to put an end to this story, that together we wrote
and seing not you again, it is my oath to break
i rather be the one criying, if it makes return

Eventhough the earth
never runs backwards
this won't be the last time

Though I saw it comming, was snitched by the end
better mourn a kiss than not being able to remember it
allthough I was allways vulnerable to your promises
It hurts that there are dead yet none to blame

I never said you goodbye, why i waste my voice
to put an end to this story, that together we wrote
and seing not you again, it is my oath to break
i rather be the one criying, if it makes return

Eventhough the earth
never runs backwards
this won't be the last time

To see you win I don't mind to lose
the end it's already written, where you'll come back
To see you win I don't mind to lose
the end it's already written, where you'll come back

I never said you goodbye, why i waste my voice
to put an end to this story, that together we wrote
and seing not you again, it is my oath to break
i rather be the one criying, if it makes return

Eventhough the earth
never runs backwards
and fight against time
is always loosing
this won't be the last time

I Wait for No One

I wait for no one.
I wait for nothing—
nothing that changes—
this day that ends.

This day that ends
when evening comes
is a bitter tear
dedicated to my love.

To a love who never
suffered for me
and who has wasted something
great, perhaps greater than she.

I wait for no one
who left and did not return.
Nothing can change any longer
and there is no need to pray.

And there's no need to pray
or to lie to my heart.
You no longer can save
this love that dies.

She will never come back (never).
She does not care about me (me)
and has wasted a great love
perhaps greater than she
and I am alone now forever.

~~~~~~
She will never come back (never).
She does not care about me (me)
and has wasted a great love
perhaps greater than she
and I am alone now forever—
and I am alone now forever.
I wait for no one—
I wait for nothing ...
A heart on a sideway
translated by Dmytro Zelenskyy
February 14th, 2018
One sunny day / there been a strange picture -
on a sideway / a heart lays and shivers.
It was alive, soft, sad, sensitive creature -
heart of a master of poetry features.
The heart was dropped there by gal by the accident,
thou having kindly unfocused vision,
as she pull powder or lipstick from purse - not an
easy decision.
Then later in evening a drunken old vagrant
stumbled over the heart and apparently died,
surprising dog hunters* - at dawn [the’] poor was found:
“See - guy did not shave for a week, smoky* cloud”.
They took the heart too, and superior cleaner,
who does not think hard on the any unclear,
decided: bonanza came finally here -
that fresh piece of meat, good for family dinner.
His spouse got some beans, beats and heart of a lyrist
and cooked a food of uncertain origin,
stew made them feel full, same for all their children,
relatives and neighbors who come by the kitchen.
Then upon the meal the stiff changes start stemming:
enlightened thoughts and the flocks of imagine
replaced in their souls the surliness and yearning -
thus each of them turned to write* sensitive* versing.
The story as said had the fortunate ending,
but, frankly, don’t blame me for lie, toss the sadness -
it was otherwise, I made up the tale/tail chapter -
the heart stays to rest on footway ever after.
And people trip over and falter with mumbling,
while others are rushing by, taking no notice,
there is only person who search for it all[the’]ways -
[ and only one person looks for it on Sundays* ] -
the gal with the kindly oblivious notions. *) [original Saturdays]
