The Beach is Beautiful

One day, there was a beautiful girl
On a very fine beach
a tropical paradise.
She was unbathing, belly in the air
and delighted to be there
far away from Portugal.

Her peace - she thought, poor thing!
It would be assured in the faraway place.
But in the end she discovered
That the worst was to come,
At the hands of the wild life.

[Chorus:]
The beach is beautiful, for me it's paradise,
People lose all sense
The cutis becomes red.
The water's good and the sunlight's splendid,
Sands are all the best,
To bad there is vermin!

At a certain point, it seemed sensible to her,
To do a full nude,
Since the tide was low.
She took off her dress, lay down on the hot sand,
She unwind completely,
She spread her legs and relax.

But in the meantime, she is woken
By a violent gasp,
Coming from the hidden dune.
Suddenly, she lets out a frightened cry,
She was being threatened
By a lost faggot.

[Chorus:]
The beach is beautiful, for me it's paradise,
People lose all sense
The cutis becomes red.
The water's good and the sunlight's splendid,
The sands are all the best,
The only problem is the animals!

Then she noticed that the creature was a little mouse
A lovely little mouse,
one of those with no law and no guild.
that had taken up residence because it was so inflamed,
in an airy orifice,
In an area that I know.

The poor girl afflicted with such a vicissitude
went to the health centre
to see the doctor on duty,
who prescribes a little Azeitão cheese:
'Lie down, put it on the ground
and nature will take care of you'.

[Chorus:]
The beach is beautiful, it's paradise for me:
People lose all sense,
The cutis becomes red,
The water's good and the sunlight's splendid,
Sands are all the best,
To bad there is vermin!

Rodents are stubborn animals
Between two goodies,
they always choose the edible one.
But in this case, the sad victimized
returns to the centre in bitterness
in irrepressible weeping.

The doctor asks:
-Tell me, my dear, I see you so downcast
So, is the rat out yet?
Answers the girl, with a voice more than bitter:
-'No doctor, I'm desolate,
strictly speaking, a cat has come in!

[Chorus:]
The beach is beautiful, it's paradise for me,
People lose all sense
The cutis becomes red.
The water's good and the sunlight's splendid,
Sands are all the best,
To bad there is vermin!
