It's my pride to put on the uniform
That distinguishes the national soldier
and when I die for my Homeland I'm satisfied
to be injured even if I go to the hospital
I know that I walk the streets straight
When my lieutenant commands the section
And I stick out my chest arrogant
Because I know I have a heart!
The rifle is my inseparable friend
And with it I show up to the training
Although I know that it's better to carry the saber
Because it's glorious to kill a battalion
In combat I'm never a coward
I'm a soldier with love and vocation
And I raise my forehead in pride
When I shout 'Long live my nation!'
