The bacchanalia

Since in the roman ages of two thousand years ago there weren't many ways of having fun let's say, the guys used to organize big and wild parties called bacchanalia. The bacchanalia consisted in gathering 30 or 40 people in a palace and starting to sing, dance, party, wine and food until they end with bulging eyes.
 
According to Claudius the gossiper, journalist of the time, some bacchanalia in Rome lasted up to a week. One of the most driven was Tiberius the restless, who used to put a notice saying 'Infante lactorum, acuaticus camellum, romano pelopea' which meant 'The milk for the children, the water for the camels and the wine for the romans' For the time being and to feel more comfortable, the guys ate and drank laying in some kind of beds that were called 'Picolinis individualis'.
